Global Impact: 83 Countries Learn About Severe Child Abuse
Miller’s work on Intrafamilial Child Torture (ICT), a form of severe child abuse in families, has had a tremendous global impact. Since 2021, her work has been accessed by professionals in 83 countries in every region of the globe. Professionals from developed and developing countries have attended Miller’s lectures and read her papers, relying on her new frameworks, theoretical research, and case data to develop modern child protection systems responsive to all forms of child abuse.
